TimeCharge is building a decentralized EV charging network to empower property owners, developers, and entrepreneurs to host premium charging islands. As a Business Development Consultant, you will help identify and secure customers and investors for EV charging turnkey solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential customers and investors for EV projects.
  • Develop partnerships with real-estate developers, gas stations, and property groups.
  • Prepare financial and investment presentations with the internal team.
  • Support negotiations, term sheets, and deal closings.
  • Collaborate with operations for smooth project handoff and execution.

Requirements

  • Background in business development, investment sales, or project finance (experience in EV, energy, or real estate is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and close deals.

Compensation

This role features a referral-based or success-fee structure with high earning potential based on closed deals.
