The E-commerce team is at the heart of TikTok's commerce experience connecting creators, sellers, and buyers globally. They build innovative technology powering live shopping, product discovery, checkout, and logistics to create a joyful shopping experience.
Role Overview
As a Technical Sourcer - E-Commerce, you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract top technical talent. You act as a brand ambassador ensuring every candidate receives a high-quality experience from the first contact.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers across English and Mandarin regions to define technical requirements.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche communities.
- Refine sourcing processes and tools to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
- Support talent acquisition projects including virtual hiring events and market intelligence reports.
Qualifications
Minimum: 2+ years of sourcing experience, exceptional communication, experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and related tools, and strong organizational skills.
Preferred: Experience in hiring for Product Management, Design, Strategy, or Data Science and proficiency in Mandarin for cross-cultural collaboration.
Additional Information
This is a 6-month temporary assignment managed by a third-party agency. Compensation is hourly ranging from $30-$50, with benefits provided by the agency. TikTok is committed to an inclusive work environment and offers accommodations as needed.
