About the Role

The Technical Program Management (TPM) team at TikTok is an integral part of the Global Monetization Product and Technology organization. As a Technical Program Management Intern, you will engage in complex, multi-disciplinary projects designed to enhance business operations and clarify ambiguity. This role involves strategic cross-functional project planning, prioritization, execution, and clear communication with key stakeholders, all while fostering rapid learning and growth within TikTok's fast-paced environment.

TikTok is seeking talented individuals for its 2026 internship program, offering significant industry exposure and hands-on experience. Internships at TikTok are structured to help students develop fundamental skills and explore potential career paths, enriched by social events and developmental workshops. You will apply your knowledge in real-world scenarios, building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth over a 12-week period.

Candidates may apply to a maximum of two positions globally across TikTok and its affiliates, with applications reviewed on a rolling basis. Early application is encouraged, and clear availability (start and end dates) should be stated in your resume. Summer start dates for 2026 include May 11th, May 18th, May 26th, June 8th, and June 22nd.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of project management tools and processes to ensure project efficiency and high quality.
• Follow up on project plans and progress, providing timely reports on project status.
• Assist in making project management plans and decisions, and maintain and track related project documents.
• Collaborate with team members to quickly and efficiently solve problems that arise during projects and propose effective solutions.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of change management processes and tools to ensure the sustainability of project management initiatives.
• Support data research to form comprehensive insights and analysis of business impact.
• Complete other tasks related to project management as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Possess certain IT knowledge and skills, with familiarity in project management processes and related tools.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork spirit and strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to commit to an internship duration of 10-24 weeks during Early 2026.
