Talent Acquisition Partner Intern Data
Team Introduction:
Our HRBP-Data TA team at TikTok is responsible for the hiring delivery of Data roles, leading AI and machine learning innovation. We specialize in large-scale models for e-commerce, content discovery, and user experiences. Collaborating with our business teams, we advance recommendation systems, search, computer vision, and more, creating intelligent, scalable solutions for the company's ecosystem.
As we work toward our goals, we are looking for enthusiastic students to join our growing team as a Talent Acquisition Partner Intern Data. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at ByteDance aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience, allowing your ambitions to become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. This specific internship runs for 12 weeks.

Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from hiring managers and TA Partners, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process.
- Professional partnering with the TA Partners, hiring managers, and team leaders on hiring needs.
- Source, target, and build pipelines of candidates' databases.
- Support hiring-related project(s), and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Open to students who are currently pursuing their bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026.
- Self-starter who has an appetite for new learning(s).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using recruiting tools like LinkedIn.
