Strategy & Operations Analyst Graduate at TikTok
The Strategy & Operations Analyst Graduate will be joining TikTok's Global Monetization Strategy & Operations team. This organized and efficient professional must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with cross-functional teams and prioritizing the needs of the team. This role focuses on operations as it relates to revenue enablement for the TikTok business in the regions of DACH, Nordics, and Central Europe. In addition, the role will work with cross-functional teams to find trends and proactively find solutions to improve processes.

Responsibilities
- Perform analyses and conduct internal and external research to inform business strategies.
- Support in developing processes and policies related to business needs.
- Support and manage initiatives on a project basis, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in Europe and Israel where needed.
- Anticipate issues and take initiative to solve them through developing strategic project plans and data-driven analysis.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports and findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for various business projects and events.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master degree in a related technical field.
- Ability to perform analyses and conduct internal and external research to inform business strategies.
- Experience in supporting the development of processes and policies related to business needs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage initiatives on a project basis and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and develop strategic project plans.
