About the Role
The Product Manager Intern - TikTok Product Infrastructure will join the TikTok Product Infrastructure team to provide the best user experiences by improving reliability, scalability, and security. You will work on defining data metrics, conducting user research, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders for end-to-end product success.
Internship Details
This 12-week, full-time internship in Summer 2026 offers hands-on experience, social events, and development workshops to build your foundational skills and explore potential career paths. Applicants must clearly state availability (start and end dates) in their resume. Summer start dates include May 11, May 18, May 26, June 8, and June 22, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Define clear data metrics to represent business performance.
- Conduct user research and market analysis to design products.
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch measurement.
- Educate and influence leaders and cross-functional teams on product strategy.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Commitment to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026, current enrollment in undergraduate or graduate studies, clear communication skills, empathy for TikTok users and creators, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with tools for data analysis, user research, and product management, and a creative approach to product design.
Compensation & Benefits
This campus internship offers an hourly rate of $35. Benefits may include day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, paid holidays, sick time, and potentially a housing allowance (if not 100% remote).
