About the TikTok LIVE Team
The LIVE team at TikTok is dedicated to optimizing all aspects of TikTok LIVE. This includes content strategy, monetization, gifting, features, data analysis, creator education, campaigns, and supporting agencies, all to ensure a fun and safe space for every LIVE user. Our core mission is to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and cultivate positive experiences for both creators and agencies.
About the Internship
As an Operations Project Intern, you will engage in impactful short-term projects that offer a genuine glimpse into professional real-world experience. This role provides practical skills through on-the-job learning within a fast-paced work environment, helping you develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must commit to at least a three-month internship period. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early application is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of the live streaming business across international regions, participating in planning for streamer operations.
- Understand local user preferences in overseas markets and review streamer interview results across multiple regions, following up on execution outcomes.
- Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of livestreamers.
- Help plan and execute local campaigns to enrich content diversity and enhance overall revenue.
- Assist with strategy development, information consolidation, document translation, and data analysis.
- Develop a strong understanding of streamer and user behavior, help identify user characteristics in overseas markets, propose constructive suggestions, drive problem-solving, and contribute to improving user experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student, graduating in 2026 or later; all majors are welcome.
- High oral and written fluency in English is required; Arabic would be strongly beneficial. You will communicate effectively with stakeholders from the Middle East and globally.
- Strong product intuition with the ability to analyze, categorize, and prioritize user feedback quickly and accurately.
- Proficient in Photoshop and Office software; passionate about the internet industry, with a strong interest in short-video and live-streaming apps.
- Strong communication and learning abilities, resilience under pressure, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Able to work at least four days per week and commit to a minimum three-month internship.
