About the Team
We are looking for entrepreneurial spirits to join our monetization strategy and operations (MSO) team. You will have a ground floor opportunity to shape monetization efforts in Korea. The Monetization Strategy & Operations team provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
Responsibilities
- Support business planning, commercial incentives, revenue operation, and sales enablement pillar
- Conduct market and competitor research to define future strategy, e.g., industry research, business model research, product assessments.
- Derive market insights and conduct in-depth analysis to help the business better understand key value drivers and identify growth opportunities.
- Support commercial incentives calculation for clients and agency partners.
- Track and monitor KPI and performance metrics
- Support process, policy, revenue operations to contracting, overall efficiency improvement initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master in business, finance or a related technical discipline
- Logical thinking ability, able to quickly identify problems and propose solutions
- Self-driven, curious, passionate about being involved in the business, growing fast, and able to adapt to a high work pace
- Experience in cross-team project cooperation and communication, able to work with multinational teams and managing stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PPT.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL is a plus.
- As a global team, business-level English communication with cross-regional partners is a plus.
- Internship experience in business planning, consulting, sales operations in fast-paced companies (eg. consulting firm, investment banking, planning division, FP&A) is preferred.
