About the Team

The EU Marketing Team for TikTok Shop is dedicated to communicating with shoppers, creators, and sellers, enhancing awareness and engagement for TikTok Shop across Europe.

Role Introduction

The EU Marketing Project Intern will play a central role in shaping TikTok Shop's brand narrative and ensuring consistent messaging across B2B channels and various European countries. You will be responsible for the timely delivery of assets and coordination of B2B marketing projects, primarily across Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, operate hands-on, and possess a proactive mindset essential for future-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination Support: Assist in overseeing localization completion, approval processes, budget fulfillment, and other necessary approvals. Support local special project completion, including in-person or virtual events. Aid in documentation and reporting, with potential to become the primary point of contact for design and copy.
  • Content Management: Manage LinkedIn content across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and target audience resonance. Coordinate content production schedules and deadlines, collaborate with other departments for data gathering, and liaise with localizers and creative design teams.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Responsible for comprehensive project documentation and performance tracking. Monitor content performance on an ad hoc basis, with responsibilities increasing over time.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in both English and Spanish, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams across the UK and Spanish markets.
  • Proven experience in Marketing coordination or Marketing management, including creative brief management, asset production, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills and a KPI-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional written and communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities across various levels.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • In-depth understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience with LinkedIn content strategies.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms.
  • Experience in a startup environment.
