About the FMCG Team
The FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) team at TikTok Shop focuses on identifying, incubating, and scaling FMCG brands. We collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions and hands-on support, ensuring the growth of TikTok Shop as a leading e-commerce marketplace.
About the Role
As a Project Intern, you will engage in impactful short-term projects offering a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You'll gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced environment, developing a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early application is encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.
- Help track and manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Perform ad-hoc deep dives on business-related topics.
- Support communication and coordination across cross-functional teams.
- Help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently in your penultimate year of study for a Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2026 or later.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or project experience in the E-commerce or FMCG industry.
- Familiarity with e-commerce markets.
- Demonstrated experience in leading operational initiatives and delivering measurable results.
