About the Team
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team at TikTok is responsible for revenue growth. The team includes Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science. They promote advertising solutions, onboard new clients, drive ad campaigns, and lead groundbreaking projects that transform the advertising industry.
Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst Graduate at TikTok, you will:
- Build an operational analysis framework and develop a data infrastructure system.
- Guide business direction through goal decomposition and process indicator system design.
- Perform thematic analysis and project reviews, tracking business indicators.
- Identify business needs, highlight pain points, and propose actionable recommendations.
- Calculate, track, and review business goals, product targets, and sales team objectives.
Qualifications
Applicants must be final year or recent graduates, passionate about the internet and digital marketing. They must possess proactive learning skills, logical thinking, innovation, market insight, and project management abilities. Excellent English communication, teamwork, and a proactive self-drive are essential.
Additional Information
