About the Role: Creator Manager Project Intern at TikTok

The TikTok LIVE Team is dedicated to creating engaging, real-time interactive experiences that foster connections between creators and their audiences. Livestreaming offers unique entertainment, strengthens fan relationships, and provides diverse opportunities for growth and monetization, significantly contributing to platform revenue and the global creator ecosystem.

As a Creator Manager Project Intern, you will participate in impactful short-term projects designed to provide invaluable real-world professional experience. This role offers practical, on-the-job learning within a dynamic environment, helping you develop essential skills and clarify your career interests. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early application is encouraged. A minimum commitment of 3 months is required for this internship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Creator Management team in developing and executing live streaming strategies through performance tracking, insight generation, and operational reporting.
  • Assist in creator management by guiding and supporting creators to optimize their content, expand their audiences, and enhance monetization efforts.
  • Participate in event planning and reward operations, ensuring seamless execution and driving efficiency improvements through creative ideas and data-backed evaluations.
  • Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams to boost creator operations, community engagement, and overall content diversity.
  • Conduct research on creator trends, market insights, and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth and platform innovation.
  • Support VIP and top creator operations with on-call coordination, issue resolution, and proactive communication to strengthen crucial creator relationships.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the live streaming and creator economy industries, coupled with a solid understanding of current trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Korean is required; English communication skills are preferred.
