What's This Role About?
As an Anti-Fraud Data Analyst Graduate in the Risk Control and Security team, you’ll be at the frontline of identifying and combating fraudulent activity across the platform, working closely with risk operations, product managers, data scientists, and engineers. Your role will involve deep analysis of fraud patterns, performance metrics, market intelligence and system performance — turning insights into actionable improvements in tools, policies, and processes. This is a highly collaborative and impact-driven role that sits at the intersection of data, product, and operations, helping us strengthen platform trust and scale fraud mitigation across global markets.
Examples Of What You'll Work On
- Apply investigational thinking and data analysis to support fraud case audits, identify root causes, and propose actionable risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to evaluate and improve fraud detection tools, rules, and business processes.
- Build dashboards and reporting models to monitor risk exposure, track intervention outcomes, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Study fraud trends and behavior patterns across regions and contribute to the design of fraud intelligence systems.
- Support process improvements that address platform abuse scenarios, such as reseller detection, incentive manipulation, and fake transactions.
- Communicate findings and complex results clearly to cross-functional stakeholders, and help manage mitigation project timelines and priorities.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Final year student (graduate in 2026) or recent graduates with less than 1 year of working experience, majoring in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields with strong academic performance.
- Experience with SQL and analytical tools (SAS, R, Python) is a must.
- Strong Analytical Skills – Comfortable working with data to uncover insights and drive decisions.
- User-First Thinking – Understand and anticipate users' needs to build better experiences.
- Drive and Adaptability – Thrive in fast-paced environments and navigate change with agility.
- Curiosity and Creativity – A knack for turning ideas into actionable strategies and a desire to explore innovative approaches.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with risk and fraud in Ecommerce fields is a strong plus.
