About the Role

You will be the voice that makes our complex tech accessible. In this six-month contract, you will partner with engineering and product teams to refine documentation, tutorials, and release notes, ensuring clarity for both technical and semi-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update, edit, and publish technical documentation including API references and product guides.
  • Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, concise instructions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and support teams.
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude or similar) to draft and refine content.
  • Maintain documentation systems in sync with product updates.

Who You Are

You have prior writing experience, a knack for explaining complex ideas, and a solid understanding of basic technical concepts like APIs and databases. You are self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
