About the Role
As an integral member of the European media team, the Media Coordinator Intern will support the seamless execution and consistent improvement of 360 media campaigns for the European region. This role will also support the measurement, reporting, and optimization of Tiffany & Co. Europe’s media investments.
This position is designed for a proactive, analytical, energetic candidate with strong numeracy skills and a passion for data-driven insights. The successful candidate will support with extracting, analyzing, and presenting data from media campaigns and competitive activity, helping the team make informed decisions and continuously improve campaign effectiveness. This internship offers a significant opportunity to expand analytical expertise in a luxury media environment.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination & Delivery
- Collaborate with media agencies to ensure timely delivery of accurate reporting and campaign documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (PR, CRM, E-comm, Clienteling) to share campaign insights and ensure alignment.
- Share media guidelines/collateral/retro planning with key stakeholders across the France/Benelux region.
- Assist in preparing for monthly accounting reconciliation meetings between media and accounts team.
- Help to ensure timely payment of vendors (i.e. JC Decaux, Printed material suppliers, etc).
- Maintain visibility of campaign deliverables and ensure reporting consistency across the French market.
Data Reporting & Insights
- Collect, validate, and analyze campaign performance data from internal and external media partners.
- Support the creation of Post-Campaign Analysis (PCA) reports, Media Spend Reports (MSR), and other internal reporting deliverables.
- Audit and ensure accuracy of agency-provided reports, including spend tracking and campaign KPIs.
- Conduct competitive analysis to monitor media strategies and innovations in the luxury sector, summarizing key findings for internal stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities (French Market Focus)
- Update media spend, analyze annual investment trends, and manage team tasks.
- Coordinate media plans with European markets.
- Act as the first point of contact for media investment data collection and analysis from the media agency.
- Utilize Excel functions such as pivot tables, conditional formatting, and VLOOKUP.
- Maintain a daily log of campaign pacing and investments.
- Aggregate post-campaign metrics into the dashboard to update campaign references.
- Manage the production calendar for creative assets for print and outdoor media.
- Liaise with the creative asset production agency and manage delivery to media partners.
- Assist in creating and coordinating communication guidelines for client advisors.
- Ensure regular delivery of newsletters for key retail initiatives.
- Participate in meetings between the TCO Media team, the media agency, and TCO Europe Media team.
- Take detailed notes, distribute them, and follow up on key actions.
- Ensure all invoices are received, accurate, recorded, and paid on time.
- Manage the reporting calendar by sending reminders and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Monitor competitor advertising messages and analyze innovative media initiatives.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and French (sufficient for reliable and quick translations).
- Passion for writing (French/English).
- Excellent communication skills and a flexible, friendly client management style.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize and make informed decisions in a constantly evolving environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in a professional role (e.g., Production Coordinator, Project Manager, Production Assistant) is preferred.
- Degree from a business school or university (specialization in communication).
