We are actively seeking an outgoing and self-motivated team member to join our Retail Team in München as a Retail Performance Coordinator.

Your Responsibilities:

Performance Optimization and Action Planning:

  • Assist in defining, tracking, analyzing, and challenging key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets that directly impact the operational efficiency and financial performance of the Retail business.
  • Support store managers in establishing performance targets and developing action plans tailored to top doors and boutiques, in alignment with central team guidelines.
  • Contribute to the implementation of strategies to enhance client satisfaction and foster clienteling practices, ensuring personalized customer experiences and long-term loyalty.
  • Monitor KPIs and support the adjustment of strategies as needed to ensure ongoing improvement and alignment with regional and global objectives.

Data Analytics and Performance Monitoring:

  • Use data analytics tools to monitor and analyze various performance metrics, including sales data, inventory turnover, conversion rates, and other operational indicators.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity within the data to support performance improvements and inform decision-making.
  • Assist with the implementation of performance-related tools to support clienteling efforts and optimize customer interactions.
  • Help develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to provide visibility into Retail performance.

Operational Excellence and Best Practices Promotion:

  • Support the identification and promotion of best practices in Retail operations, ensuring consistent implementation across all stores.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in developing and implementing process improvements and initiatives that enhance Retail performance and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Retail performance and excellence, incorporating new ideas and approaches as appropriate.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in retail operations, sales analysis, or a similar coordinator/analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret large volumes of data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and data management.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across diverse teams.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • High degree of integrity and commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive business information.
