Position Summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a visionary Design Director Brand Campaign to drive design-focused brand initiatives and campaigns. The role involves collaborating with team members known for industry-first campaigns and top-class executions across various touchpoints. This leader balances creativity with business priorities, design with long-term vision, and collaboration with strong communication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design vision for brand identity and campaign systems across multiple media.
  • Direct creative development of global campaigns reflecting Tiffany & Co.’s heritage.
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of graphic and motion designers.
  • Partner with studio and production teams for flawless global asset execution.
  • Develop campaign toolkits, visual guidelines and scalable systems worldwide.
  • Translate strategic business priorities into inspiring design concepts.
  • Collaborate with adjacent teams to integrate design across all touchpoints.
  • Champion storytelling through design integrating heritage and contemporary trends.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and with high creative standards.
  • Take full ownership with a meticulous eye for detail and craft.

Technical

  • Proficiency in top design programs including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of After Effects or Premiere is a plus.
  • Skilled in building visually compelling presentations with Google Slides, Keynote, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional eye for typography and layout.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Background in advertising and industry-leading luxury brands.
  • 5-10+ years of design leadership experience.
  • Proven record of top-class work and industry-leading campaigns.
  • Strong ability to understand business priorities and pitch long-term vision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation range is from $165,495 to $233,640, with management eligible for bonus. Tiffany employees benefit from comprehensive global benefits, competitive pay, insurance coverage, 401(k) plans with matching, paid time off, and additional employee offerings.
