As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a central role in shaping the technical evolution of our organization, influencing architectural, product, and business decisions, and mentoring fellow engineers.

The Challenge

  • Define, develop and evolve complex microservices-based architectures.
  • Translate strategic business goals into high-impact technical solutions.
  • Anticipate technical bottlenecks and propose long-term solutions.
  • Influence technology choices, standards, and processes across teams.
  • Ensure observability, monitoring, and scalability in production environments.

What We Look For

  • Strong backend development experience with PHP, Java, Scala, or Node.
  • Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud solutions (primarily AWS).
  • Experience leading high-impact technical initiatives across multiple teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering practices (DDD, TDD, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, Clean Code).
  • Ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with systems thinking and pragmatic problem-solving.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and large-scale collaborative work.
