About the Role
The SEO & GEO Content Writer is responsible for creating conversion-focused content including blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and digital assets. Working with a small team and reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will own projects end-to-end while optimizing content for search engines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create GEO/SEO-friendly blog posts and landing pages.
- Translate complex CS, AI, and software topics into clear content.
- Follow and execute a predefined content calendar.
- Audit, update, and enhance existing content for improved performance.
- Collaborate on keyword targeting, search intent alignment, and on-page optimization.
- Develop case studies, reports, whitepapers, and digital PR pieces.
- Use SEO and analytics tools to measure performance and validate content opportunities.
- Propose content experiments to boost organic acquisition and conversion.
Topics & Tools
You will cover subjects such as customer service operations, live chat software, AI agents, automation, and lead generation strategies. The role utilizes tools including Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, WordPress, Notion, Slack, G-Suite, advanced LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), Wynter, Profound, LinkedIn, SmartLead, MixMax, Cledara, and Spendesk.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has proven experience in creating high-quality B2B SEO and GEO content with measurable growth outcomes. Essential skills include excellent English writing, analytical abilities, and a proactive, ownership mindset. Experience in B2B SaaS content marketing and AI products is an advantage.
