About the Team & Role
As a Quality Assurance Analyst - Transaction Monitoring AML at Tide, you will review cases actioned by TM analysts, ensuring adherence to both internal processes and external regulations. Your role involves scoring cases, improving QA scorecards, conducting calibration sessions, and collaborating with teams to identify procedural gaps and training needs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor TM cases for policy adherence.
- Continuously update and improve QA scorecards.
- Lead calibration sessions with team leads and managers.
- Identify process improvements and learning gaps.
- Collaborate with training and risk teams.
- Provide actionable feedback to analysts.
- Utilize quality assurance testing tools and analytical methods.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in TM QA.
- Strong understanding of CDD, EDD, AML controls, watchlists, sanctions, and PEP.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel and analytical tools.
- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA and quality tools like Pareto and run charts.
- Excellent communication, monitoring, and feedback skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to schedule shifts.
