About the Role

As a People Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant People Ops processes across multiple countries. You will own and coordinate core operations such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits, collaborating closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on execution, structure, and continuous improvement. You will manage complex, multi-country processes, ensure compliance with local regulations, and help scale our People Operations function as the business grows.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a People Operations Manager (maternity cover, minimum 2 years, full-time) to join our team in Sofia. This role focuses on managing day-to-day People Operations across our European markets, ensuring smooth processes, strong compliance, and a great employee experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
