About the Team

You will be joining the Member Accession Marketing (MAM) Business Area. The team focuses on attracting small businesses to Tide by creating best-in-class onboarding and marketing experiences.

About the Challenge

In the Lead Product Manager role, you will head product domains from conception through delivery. You will design world-class onboarding experiences that help micro, small, and medium enterprises get started with Tide, working on both greenfield and existing solutions.

About the Role

  • Lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, and Data Analysts.
  • Drive product discovery using qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to team growth.
  • Champion agile practices to improve product development processes.

This role demands a seasoned product professional with 10+ years of experience, a data-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills. You will work with customer insights to drive impactful product improvements and ensure a global user experience suitable for markets in the UK, India, and Germany.
