About The Role
The Launch Operations Analyst at Tidal Financial Group supports the successful launch of new client relationships by managing account opening, onboarding documentation, and related operational workflows for ETF launches. This role works closely with Client Success and Launch Operations teams ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant account openings.
What You'll Do
Account Opening & Onboarding:
- Prepare, review, and process onboarding documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance of forms and disclosures.
- Coordinate account setup across internal and third-party systems.
- Track onboarding progress to meet ETF launch timelines.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Partner with Client Success, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Serve as internal point-of-contact for onboarding queries.
- Escalate issues that may impede account opening.
Client & Relationship Support:
- Assist client-facing teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Help respond to client inquiries regarding account setup.
- Contribute to a positive initial client impression.
Process & Data Management:
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and checklists.
- Update CRM systems with onboarding status and account data.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and controls.
- Support reviews and reporting related to account activities.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 0–3 years in operations, onboarding, account services, or related role; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; clear written and verbal communication; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred: Experience in financial services, investment management, fintech, or a regulated environment; familiarity with account opening, client onboarding or operational workflows; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar); exposure to compliance, KYC, AML processes.

Compensation & Work Arrangement
The pay range for this role is 70,000 - 90,000 USD per year. This position is Remote.
