Job Summary
As Manager, Software Development - TM1 B2B Identity at Ticketmaster, you will lead a high performing software development team focused on our enterprise authentication and identity management solutions. You will ensure stability, high availability and continuous enhancement of our systems while addressing the diverse needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead team for B2B identity and SSO solution development.
- Oversee architecture decisions, production deployments, and incident management.
- Work with product managers to shape long-term vision and roadmap.
- Implement cloud-native services using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes on AWS.
- Integrate security-by-design practices and compliance standards from the outset.
Technical & Behavioral Skills
The role requires hands-on leadership, a track record of successful project deliveries, and the ability to build and scale technically sound teams. Candidates must exhibit clear communication with senior leadership, a proactive approach and a passion for continuous learning.
