The Team

The Client Account Manager will provide proactive, customer and business-focused account management across the Ticketmaster Sport client base, always upholding the highest standards of customer service.

The Job

The role assists in achieving the operational, financial, and business objectives as defined by Ticketmaster Sport, part of Live Nation Entertainment. The candidate will develop in-depth client understanding, identify new business opportunities, and provide technical and strategic guidance across client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep client understanding and identify business opportunities
  • Provide technical guidance on Ticketmaster products and services
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with coordination from internal teams
  • Implement tailored account strategies and keep clients informed
  • Handle client queries via phone, email, and on-site support
  • Deliver systems support, training, and reporting for client activities
  • Participate in a flexible shift system and support team initiatives

What You Need to Know (Technical Skills)

  • Experience in a ticket office or major sports venue
  • Proven XR Systems and Ticketmaster experience
  • Excellent communication and team building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; SQL exposure is an advantage
  • Understanding of the Ticketing / Entertainment Industry
