thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc., a world class manufacturer of suspension solutions headquartered in Hamilton, Ohio, supplies products to both OEMs and aftermarket customers. The automotive aftermarket branch is a collaboration between Bilstein and Berco.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage support functions essential to sales force productivity.
  • Promote, train and support dealer network for product sales.
  • Work with Global Product Support Manager and Key Account Manager to implement sales process.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing sales plans and forecasts.
  • Support service and product support systems and dealer sales enablers.
  • Visit end users and dealers to promote products, capture VOC, and monitor competitor activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Prepare technical and commercial materials, manuals and technical publications.
  • Act as liaison between dealer and warranty, engineering, and technical support functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, mechanical or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in aftermarket parts.
  • Preferred: Over 10 years in the aftermarket business and knowledge of undercarriage systems.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

Work Arrangement

This is a remote position that can be conducted from many states in the United States with significant travel (up to 50%) within the U.S. and Canada.
