What You'll Do

- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized nutrition plans aligned with patient goals
- Support patients across common focus areas such as meal planning, navigating eating out and travel, lab interpretation, and supplementation guidance
- Guide patients through ongoing goal-setting using a structured framework designed to support sustainable behavior change
- Build strong, supportive relationships that encourage consistency and long-term engagement
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and follow-ups
- Manage your own schedule and availability
You’ll have the opportunity to build a growing caseload and support patients over time, with many providers developing a steady panel of ongoing patients.

- Experience in an outpatient or counseling setting
- Strong clinical foundation in medical nutrition therapy and evidence-based care
- Ability to translate nutrition guidance into realistic, sustainable behavior change for patients
- Empathetic, patient-centered approach that helps individuals feel heard, supported, and motivated
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a virtual setting
- Professional, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting patients longitudinally (ongoing care vs. one-time sessions)
- Experience with telehealth
- Interest in building a steady, long-term patient caseload
