About the Sales Engineer - AI-Powered Brand Agent Platform Role

As a Sales Engineer, you will immerse yourself in market requirements, demonstrating platform capabilities to prospective clients and partners. This role involves active collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to design bespoke solutions and drive the commercialization of these offerings. It's a diverse position, encompassing technical learning, documentation, solutions design, sales facilitation, custom mock creation, and strategic consultancy, providing significant opportunities to impact client and company success.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Collaboration and Proposal Development
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase the functionality and benefits of the company’s solutions to Publishers, Agencies, and Brands.
  • Provide clear, understandable technical explanations during presentations.
  • Partner with the sales team to articulate technical and product capabilities within pitches and proposals.

Solution Design and Implementation
  • Engage with clients to deeply understand their unique business objectives and challenges.
  • Develop and present customized solutions that precisely meet client requirements.

Technical Guidance
  • Offer expert technical guidance and support to publisher clients throughout the pre-sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define and design technical implementations for Publishers, Agencies, and Brands.

Product Collaboration
  • Gather and relay prospect and market requirements, as well as feature requests, to the product development team.
  • Work alongside the Product team to identify and suggest areas for future product optimization.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek a professional with at least 6 years of proven excellence in a similar role within a fast-paced tech company, ideally with experience in adtech or martech. The ideal candidate will have the ability to rapidly become a subject matter expert in complex, innovative technologies like AI. A passion for innovation and a desire to help shape the future of media, marketing, and AI for publishers, agencies, and brands is essential. You should possess outstanding written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, capable of explaining highly technical concepts to clients, product management, and C-level executives, while maintaining high professional integrity. This role requires a highly organized, self-starting individual with the drive to take accountability for and lead multiple projects with competing priorities.
