About the Role - Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager, you will build strong customer relationships while engaging with founders and leadership teams. You will be responsible for post-sales relationships, customer retention, data analysis to improve customer experience, and contributing to product design.
- Manage and grow post-sales customer relationships.
- Analyze data to improve user experience.
- Create tutorials and contribute to communications.
- Work with tech startups and industry leaders.
- Minimize churn and boost ARR growth.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 plus performance-based bonus, equity, exceptional health benefits, remote work option (PT preferred), unlimited PTO, and various stipends.
