About the Role

Are you a technically proficient professional who enjoys analyzing and resolving complex issues? The Technical Support Engineer - Pagero role at Thomson Reuters is a 2nd line 24/7 support position, where you will work rotating shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will work closely with other 2nd line team members to monitor document flows, support day-to-day production operations, and handle customer-specific solutions.

You will manage support cases via a ticketing system, performing detailed troubleshooting, advanced error handling, and minor configurations. In addition, you will assist other departments with your expertise in the Pagero platform, services, and applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work rotating shifts and support customers 24/7
  • Troubleshoot and analyze complex issues via a ticketing system
  • Perform advanced error handling and configuration setups
  • Create and update internal self-service documentation
  • Ensure quality assurance and maintain production communications

About You

You are motivated by solution-oriented tasks and have a strong interest in technology. You hold an academic technical degree or possess relevant experience, with excellent written and spoken English and a basic level in Swedish. A clean background check is also required.

Preferred qualifications include experience in support/service technology, working with XML or structured formats, EDI experience, and the ability to work in an international environment. Multilingual skills are seen as an advantage.
