This team focuses on increasing content discovery, optimizing conversion, and driving engagement across Thomson Reuters products and services. The technology emphasis is on robust web development and substantial backend service integration.
As a Senior Software Frontend Engineer, you will work with a distributed team of software developers, quality engineers, and product managers. Your focus will be on developing and integrating platforms and services that power Reuters experiences, encompassing content creation, curation, publishing, distribution, and e-commerce.
In this senior technologist role, you will develop business-critical applications and services for the Reuters news organization. The ideal candidate is an exceptional JavaScript/TypeScript developer with deep web development experience, well-formed opinions, an obsession with appropriate abstractions and reuse, and is capable of defining the application's data model as well as building the UI views. Crucially, you will know how to strike a balance between pragmatism and perfection.
