Summary Of The Role
The Senior Manager Digital Performance role is pivotal in setting performance targets for digital channels and experiences, building actionable reporting, and synthesizing data into strategic insights. This role collaborates with digital channel and experience owners to set stretch goals aligned to opportunity roadmaps, ensuring outcomes can be measured accurately. It requires deep expertise in ecommerce, digital marketing, and technology trends along with strong relationship management skills.
About The Role
- Own annual goal setting for digital channels and website experiences
- Contribute to broader Digital Organization OKR setting
- Create, deliver, and interpret periodic marketing reporting using tools like Tableau, SFDC, etc.
- Identify trends and investigate data anomalies to drive optimizations
- Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics team to align digital performance with overall marketing data
- Present insights and recommendations to senior marketing leadership
About You
You have 5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills. You hold a degree in marketing, finance, or a related field and have hands-on experience with web and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Snowflake. Your ability to establish annual targets, synthesize large amounts of data, and influence senior leadership with clear communication is key. You are digitally savvy and stay informed on the latest digital strategies and trends.
