About the Role
Imagen is a leading cloud-based media management and distribution platform that empowers top-tier rights owners in sports, media, and enterprise to unlock the full potential of their vast media libraries. As the media landscape shifts with streaming, fan engagement, and personalization becoming key, Imagen is evolving. In this role as the Lead UX Designer, you will move beyond traditional media archives and help position Imagen as a standout product in a rapidly changing market.
You will be the senior, hands-on designer responsible for owning product design for the platform. Working closely with the Director of Product Management, you will modernize the UI and information architecture, build and mature the design system, and mentor junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Own design for Imagen's core platform (80%) and customer-specific themes (20%).
- Redesign key workflows for media asset search, organization, and distribution.
- Optimize user experience for AI-based content data enrichment, asset organization and live content distribution.
- Solve complex information architecture challenges for users managing millions of assets.
- Build and mature the design system and mentor junior team members.
About You
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software design with a portfolio covering end-to-end product design.
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail, proficient in Figma and developer collaboration.
- Experience in building design systems, facilitating workshops, and SaaS product design.
- Knowledgeable in digital asset management, media production, and accessibility standards.
- Strong communication, collaboration skills, and an interest in emerging technologies including AI.

Compensation
For Poland, the base compensation range for this role is 203,000 PLN to 377,000 PLN, with additional eligibility for an Annual Bonus based on performance.
