Role Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior executives to provide strategic guidance.
  • Create joint Customer Success Plans to deliver value.
  • Collaborate to transform legal workflows with tailored AI use cases.
  • Partner with customers on change management strategies.
  • Drive adoption through training and engagement initiatives.
  • Lead executive business reviews and roadmap planning.
  • Enhance retention by addressing needs and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Advocate for customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams.

About You

You are an ideal fit if you have formal legal education (JD) or substantial legal technology experience, 5+ years in Customer Success or related roles, curiosity in AI developments, excellent relationship-building skills, and a customer-centric mindset. You must be collaborative with cross-functional teams.

Compensation

The target total cash compensation range for eligible US locations is $91,000 - $169,000, based on factors such as experience and internal equity within a comprehensive Total Reward program.
