Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand business goals and develop tailored success plans.
  • Build strategic relationships with senior executives and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with customers to design tailored legal AI workflows and use cases.
  • Lead executive business reviews and drive adoption of Thomson Reuters' legal AI solutions.
  • Advocate customer needs and coordinate change management strategies.

About You

You should have formal legal education (JD) or substantial experience working with legal technology along with 5+ years in customer success, consulting, or account management. A keen interest in legal tech and AI developments and excellent relationship building skills are essential.

Compensation

The target total cash compensation for eligible U.S. locations is between $91,000 and $169,000, based on various factors including expertise and internal equity.
