About the Role

The Customer Success Manager Legal AI Solutions at Thomson Reuters will engage with customers to understand their business goals, develop tailored strategies, and drive successful adoption of Thomson Reuters' legal AI solutions. This role focuses on a portfolio of government customers including Federal, State and Local courts, using a standard CSM playbook to deliver value and growth throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Relationships: Engage with government executives to understand goals and advise strategically.
  • Customer Success Plan: Co-develop success plans to generate value and outcomes.
  • Transform Legal Workflows: Identify challenges and design tailored AI-driven workflows.
  • Change Management: Partner to gain executive sponsorship and define change strategies.
  • Drive Adoption: Ensure proper user training and mutual strategies for growth.
  • Executive Reviews: Lead business reviews capturing delivered value and roadmap planning.
  • Enhance Retention: Proactively address needs to reduce churn and boost satisfaction.
  • Advocate for Customers: Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

About You

You will be a strong fit if you have substantial experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management especially with legal technology, and specifically with government or court customers. A background in legal education (JD) or comparable expertise with legal professionals is essential. Excellent communication, relationship building, and a curious approach to technology/AI developments are key.
