Job Description
Customer Success Manager - AI Solutions
Thomson Reuters is seeking a Customer Success Manager - AI Solutions to transform trusted AI products into measurable outcomes for New Zealand legal customers. In this role, you will translate business goals into clear success plans, drive adoption, and build executive-level relationships for renewals and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build multi-threaded, executive relationships across legal and IT teams.
- Own end-to-end implementation and rollout planning.
- Drive scaled adoption by embedding AI into legal workflows.
- Define success plans and track measurable ROI and outcomes.
- Monitor customer health and support retention and expansion.
- Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution and provide feedback to Product and GTM teams.
About You:
- Legal background with 3+ years of legal practice experience.
- 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation in B2B SaaS.
- Experience with legal technology and customer lifecycle ownership.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and technical aptitude.
