About the Account Executive Role

This position is responsible for developing account plans for new and existing accounts. You will prospect new customers and expand business with current customers, closing full solution sales to corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Actively seek and qualify new business opportunities to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Account Management: Oversee major accounts (companies with revenues of $500M+) through the entire sales process.
  • Sales Goals: Meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers.
  • Salesforce Maintenance: Regularly update CRM (salesforce.com) with accurate sales records.

About You

You should have a college degree (preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience in a corporate sector. Experience in selling complex, enterprise software using a consultative, value-based approach is essential. The role requires proven success in engaging C-suite, managing full-cycle deals, and possessing a deep understanding of AI applications in legal operations.
