Overview
The Account Executive, Risk at Thomson Reuters is responsible for developing account plans for both new and existing corporate accounts. You will prospect for new customers, engage with major accounts, and close full solution sales to corporate customers using a consultative, value-based approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage major accounts including initial contact, account planning, deal closing, and renewals.
- Achieve or exceed revenue targets while consistently updating Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and legal teams.
- Engage in direct client meetings via in person or platforms like MS Teams.
About You
You are expected to have 5+ years of field sales experience in the corporate/enterprise space, with proven success selling complex software solutions to large enterprises. You are a self-starter with a growth mindset, skilled at handling complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and familiar with using consultative sales methods.
