About the Account Executive Role

This position is responsible for developing account plans for new and existing accounts. You will prospect new customers and expand business at current accounts, closing full solution sales for corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Actively seek and pursue new business opportunities with both new and existing customers, aiming for 3-4 times sales target coverage.
  • Account Management: Manage a list of major accounts, handling the entire sales process from initial contact to closing and renewal.
  • Sales Goals: Meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Salesforce Maintenance: Update and manage records in the CRM system (salesforce.com) for reliable forecasts.

About You

You are an ideal candidate if you have a college degree and at least 5 years of direct field sales experience, with a track record of exceeding sales quotas. You are experienced in consultative enterprise software sales, engaging with C-suite executives, managing full-cycle deals, and leveraging AI to improve legal department operations.

Compensation

In eligible US locations, the target total cash compensation range is $128,100 - $237,900, which includes base pay and target sales incentive, determined by experience and internal equity.
