About the Role
The Account Executive is responsible for developing account plans for both new and existing accounts. This position focuses on prospecting new business and expanding existing customer accounts, closing full solution sales to corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Actively seek out new business opportunities to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Account Management: Handle major accounts, plan and execute the complete sales process from initial contact to renewal.
- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed revenue targets consistently.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions for customer needs.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Salesforce Maintenance: Regularly update Salesforce for accurate records and reliable forecasts.
About You
Candidates should have a college degree (preferred) and a minimum of 5 years direct field sales experience, especially in complex enterprise software sales with large corporate accounts. A consultative, value-based selling approach and proven success in engaging C-suite executives are required. You should be a self-starter with a growth mindset and strong collaboration skills, with deep understanding of AI applications in legal operations.
