Finance Director
The Finance Director will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the company's financial strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations. This role is crucial for the internal structuring of financial processes, the development of innovative financial products, and acting as a strategic partner across all business areas. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in financial management, with experience in fintechs or financial institutions, and will be capable of acting as a strategic partner in the definition and execution of the company's goals.
About The Role
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and requirements.
- Define finance back-office structure as needed to operate (e.g., Treasury, accounting, as well as systems needed to operate).
- Support the business to prepare the budget and deliver as planned.
- Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes and financial controls.
- Conduct detailed financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with other business areas as a Financial Business Partner, providing financial insights for product development and commercial strategies.
- Actively participate in setting business goals and objectives, ensuring financial alignment with company strategies.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management.
- Represent the company in meetings with external stakeholders and partners.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus.
