About The Role
The Senior Product Manager leads the end-to-end design process across both internal operational tools and customer-facing experiences. This role is critical in shaping product strategy, defining user-centric solutions, and driving successful launches that align with business objectives and elevate the brand experience at Thistle.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As the Senior Product Manager, you will:
- Help set the vision for the future of Thistle’s products.
- Co-lead customer research and analyze behavior and data.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for both short and long term product roadmaps.
- Work backward from customer needs to technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with teams including engineering, design, data science, marketing, culinary development, operations, customer support, and third-party partners.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to build well-crafted products for end-users.
