Role Overview: Intern – Solution Consulting Team

This internship is part of our Product Management division, where you'll turn technical expertise into tangible customer impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Master think-cell’s functionalities and update internal knowledge bases.
  • Create impactful content including product guides and training materials.
  • Identify usability issues and provide product feedback.
  • Analyze market trends and research competitors.
  • Support demos and training sessions with presentations.
  • Assist in team coordination, documentation, and knowledge management.

What You Will Bring

  • Analytical mindset to connect product capabilities with customer needs.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Interest in SaaS, consulting, and productivity tools.
  • Content creation skills including writing guides and documentation.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with effective task management.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and data visualization is advantageous.
  • Availability to work in Berlin on a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote).
