What You Will Do

  • Master product functionalities and update internal knowledge bases.
  • Create impactful content including guides, training material, and documentation.
  • Identify usability issues and suggest product improvements.
  • Research industry trends and competitors for market analysis.
  • Support live demos and training sessions for various audiences.
  • Assist in team coordination, documentation, and knowledge management.

  • Analytical with the ability to match product strengths to customer needs.
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex concepts.
  • Enthusiastic about SaaS, consulting, and productivity tools.
  • Skilled in content creation and documentation.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role located in Berlin, requiring 3 days in-office and 2 remote work days.
