What’s the Role?

As a Fixed Term Spanish Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will provide assistance via live chat, phone, email, and social media, ensuring outstanding service during a shift rotation from 8am to 11pm with a 1 in 3 weekend shift. The contract duration is 3 months with a start date of Monday 10th November.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries across emails, phones, live chat, and social media.
  • Achieve department targets while ensuring high-quality interactions.
  • Engage professionally with customers on product advice and order issues.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to elevate service quality.
  • Utilize ongoing training to deepen product knowledge.

Role Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written & verbal).
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
