Role Overview

Location: RemoteContract Duration: 3 monthsShifts: Rotation between 8am-11pm with 1 in 3 weekend shiftStart Date: Monday 10th November

What You Will Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via live chat, phone, email, and social media.
  • Provide product advice and resolve order issues.
  • Work towards department targets while maintaining high quality interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments.
  • Utilise ongoing and specialised brand training to deepen product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Professional, friendly, and hard-working attitude.
