Role Overview
Location: RemoteContract Duration: 3 monthsShifts: Rotation between 8am-11pm with 1 in 3 weekend shiftStart Date: Monday 10th November
What You Will Do
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via live chat, phone, email, and social media.
- Provide product advice and resolve order issues.
- Work towards department targets while maintaining high quality interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments.
- Utilise ongoing and specialised brand training to deepen product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Professional, friendly, and hard-working attitude.
