Role Overview
As the Fixed Term - German Customer Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact for customers. You will assist with inquiries ranging from product advice to order issues via channels like live chat, phone, email, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions across emails, phone, live chat and social media.
- Work towards department targets while maintaining high quality.
- Engage with customers in a polite, professional manner.
- Provide product advice and resolve service queries.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments.
- Utilise specialized training to deepen product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluent in both German and English, in written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to learn new skills and develop professionally.
- A professional, friendly, and hard-working individual.
