What’s the Role?
Location: Remote Contract: 3 months Shifts: Rotation between 8am-11pm with 1 in 3 weekend shift Start Date: Monday 10th November
As a Fixed Term - French Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will handle inquiries ranging from product advice to order issues via live chat, phone, email and social media, ensuring exceptional service at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple channels including emails, phones, live chat, and social media.
- Work towards achievable department targets with high quality engagement.
- Engage with customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Provide product advice and address general customer queries.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to enhance service.
- Utilize ongoing training to deepen product knowledge.
Role Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- A professional, friendly, and hardworking attitude.
