About the Role

The Channel Manager - Cloud Services will be a senior, commercially driven leader responsible for building and scaling our partner-led go-to-market function. You will design, launch, and grow a channel programme for resellers and referral partners across the UK, Europe, and the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build the partner programme including commercial models and onboarding frameworks.
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate new partners across designated regions.
  • Create sales enablement and training programmes for partner sales teams.
  • Drive joint go-to-market activities with partners through co-branded campaigns and events.
  • Implement partner management processes including quarterly reviews and incentive programmes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Document processes and feedback loops to scale the channel function into a dedicated team.
  • Act as the voice of the partner, aligning channel strategy with market trends.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in channel sales within cloud, MSP, hosting or infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience in designing and executing partner programmes.
  • Strong understanding of MSP and reseller ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple partner relationships.
  • Familiarity with structured qualification methodologies such as MEDDICC is a plus.
